Experience

Carly Marie Falgout, Esq.

Mediator & Arbitrator with two decades of litigation experience.

My experience comes from decades of having litigated for both plaintiffs and defendants in hundreds of high-profile personal injury and wrongful death matters. My areas of specialty are product liability and premises liability cases.

Over the past two decades, I have settled hundreds of cases and I cannot wait to settle hundreds more! I believe in resolving disputes early and efficiently.

I have been a trial lawyer since 2006. In February of 2023 I resigned from my equity partnership at an international civil litigation firm in order to focus exclusively on mediations and arbitrations.

I reside in Islamorada, Florida and Thomasville, Georgia with my husband and our two children.
